Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the app "Knopki Desktop" developed by Pashka Software.

By using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms.

If you do not agree with any part of the terms, do not use the app.

Knopki Desktop is provided with the In-App Purchase titled "Monthly Subscription".

The subscription rate is 300 JPY.

Prices will vary by country.

Payment will be charged to your App Store Account at confirmation of purchase.

The subscription will automatically renew unless it is canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

You can manage and cancel the supscription at any time by going to your Account Settings after purchase: open the App Store app > click Apple ID > click Account Settings > Scroll to Subscriptions, then click Manage.

When you use Knopki Desktop for the first time, there is a 30-day free trial.

If you want to continue using the application, you will need to subscribe.

The free trial period ends when you start the subscription.

We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of the free trial offer at any time and without notice.

We may change the subscription fee at its sole discretion and at any time.

The new fee will be applied at the next renewal of the subscription.

Your continued use of the app after the subscription fee change becomes effective constitutes your agreement to pay the revised subscription fee amount.

Except as required by law, paid subscription fees are non-refundable.
